Level 3: BP Cost; 3000. Fires multiple burts. Best power and range.

Combustion
Level 1: BP Cost; 750. Immolates enemy.
Level 2: BP Cost; 1750. Immolates enemy. Better power and range.
Level 3: BP Cost; 4000. Immolates enemy. Best power and range.

Inferno
Level 1: BP Cost; 3000. Generates a small, localized explosion.
Level 2: BP Cost; 4000. Generates a medium, localized explosion.
Level 3: BP Cost; 5000. Generates a large, local area explosion.

Necrosis
Level 1: BP Cost; 500. Discharges electricity.
Level 2: BP Cost; 1250. Discharges electricity. Better power and range.
Level 3: BP Cost; 3000. Discharges electricity. Best power and range.

Plasma
Level 1: BP Cost; 750. Knocks down targets w / a small blast wave.
Level 2: BP Cost; 1750. Smashes down targets w / a small blast wave.
Level 3: BP Cost; 4000. Flattens all targets in the surrounding area.

Apobiosis
Level 1: BP Cost; 3000. Temporarily paralyzes adjacent enemies.
Level 2: BP Cost; 4000. Causes acute seizures in surrounding targets.
Level 3: BP Cost; 5000. Paralyzes all enemies in the surrounding area.

Metabolism
Level 1: BP Cost; 500. Restores normal status over time.
Level 2: BP Cost; 1250. Rapidly restores normal status.
Level 3: BP Cost; 3000.  Instantly restores normal status.

Healing
Level 1: BP Cost; 750.  Heals a little HP.
Level 2: BP Cost; 1750. Heals some HP.
Level 3: BP Cost; 4000. Heals a lot of HP.

Lifedrain
Level 1: BP Cost; 3000. Drains HP from adjacent targets.
Level 2: BP Cost; 4000. Drains HP from nearby targets.
Level 3: BP Cost; 5000. Drains HP from all surrounding targets.

Antibody
Level 1: BP Cost; 500. Reduces physical damage.
Level 2: BP Cost; 1250. Wards off physical damage.
Level 3: BP Cost; 3000. Greatly reduces physical damage.

Energyshot
Level 1: BP Cost; 750. Raises bullets' kinetic energy & penetration.
Level 2: BP Cost; 1750. Raises bullets' kinetic energy & impact.
Level 3: BP Cost; 4000. Raises bullets' kinetic energy & killing power.

Energyball
Level 1: BP Cost; 3000. Creates a circling orb that repels attacks.
Level 2: BP Cost; 4000. Creates 2 circling orbs that repel attacks.
Level 3: BP Cost; 5000. Creates a ring of orbs that attack targets.
