NCAA Football '99 - Character Creation Codebreaker Codes (NTSC-U)

This page contains CodeBreaker cheat codes for NCAA Football '99 (NTSC-U) for the Playstation 1. Depending on if you're playing this game on a physical console or an emulator will determine how you use the codes found on this page. People using a physical console will need to purchase a physical CodeBreaker device to use the codes.

Anyone who is using an Emulator will have a much easier time getting these codes to work (assuming your Emulator supports them). Note: If you want to make a perfect player with these codes use both the Infinite Points and Unlock Limit codes. Start the game with these cheats off - when you reach the character creation screen and you're ready to input Creation Points turn the codes on and change all of the stats you want to 100. Go to the backup options and save the created player. Back in the day you have to reset the Playstation during this part but turning the cheats off should suffice on emulators.
