Angelo Card - FF8 Guide

Location: Forest Owls Base
Region: Timber
NPC: Watts
Card Mod: 100 Elixir
First Available: Disc 1

The Angelo Card can be acquired very early on during Disc 1, while you're on the mission with the Forest Owls. For this card you will have to play Watts, he's the guy with the blue cap and yellow shirt that you can find standing on the strain (pictured above).

If you missed Watts at this location during Disc 1 then you can find him on the White SeeD Ship during Disc 3 or later. A picture of him on the White SeeD Ship is shown below. Additionally you can also win the Angelo Card from members of the CC Group during Disc 4 if you complete the Card Club Side Quest prior to Disc 4.

You can Card Mod the Angelo Card into 100 Elixirs and I highly recommend you do this. The Card Mod reward for this card far exceeds the value of the playing card. I'd recommend selling off 100 Elixirs right away for a crap ton of Gil and you can either save the others or sell them off too, it doesn't really matter.
