Mount Panorama - Digimon World 1

Mount Panorama is an area that opens up after you recruit Meramon to your city. You can reach this area through the Native Forest, I am sure you've run by the entrance many times. Normally, the entrance is sealed with boulders but once you recruit Meramon the boulders will be gone and you will be able to go in.

There are 3 total Digimon to recruit in this region, Unimon is typically who you will recruit first. Mamemon and Vademon are both Digimon that you will likely recruit a bit later into the game.

Unimon

Unimon Mount Panorama

Requirement: Centarumon recruited & spoken to in the clinic

You can find Unimon in the Spore Area of Mount Panorama, he's actually pretty hard to miss since you run right by him - he looks like a horse with wings. Give him any type of recovery item and he will join your city (assuming you have the clinic available).

Unimon will build the item shop if it isn't already built and he will add portable potties to the list of items sold.

Mamemon

Mamemon Mount Panorama

Requirement: N/A

Mamemon can be found in the Mount Panorama Plains area. Each time you enter this screen there is a 5% chance Mamemon will spawn, you will need to speak with him and then win the battle to recruit him. This is a difficult fight so an Ultimate Digimon is recommended.

Vademon

Vademon Circles To Inspect

Requirement: 45+ Prosperity & Shellmon recruitment

To start the Vademon recruitment process you need to recruit Shellmon and read his Bulletin Board about the UFO (Paper #2). Visit the Spore Area (pictured above) and walk overtop of the weird circles on the ground while pressing the X button. Doing this will interact with them and trigger dialogue.

After getting dialogue return to File City and read the Bulletin Board again, this time Paper #8. Doing this will flag you for the rest of the quest, so return to the Spore Area again and you'll get a final scene during which Vademon will join your city.
