Beetle Land - Digimon World 1

Beetle Land is an area with insect Digimon that can only be reached by befriending Seadramon at the Dragon Eye Lake. In order to do this we'll first need the Amazing Rod which comes from ShogunGekomon in the Geko Swamp. However, before we can do even that we first need to get some Digimon Cards from the Secret Item Shop in Gear Savanna.

Once you've obtained the Amazing Rod grab some Meat or Giant Meat and head over to the southern entrance for Dragon Eye Lake. You will need to fish at either 8am or 5pm to catch Seadramon, for more information I recommend you check out my How To Catch Seadramon Guide.

 

Kabuterimon

Requirement: Greymon must have been recruited so that you have the Arena built

In the training gym on the right hand side of the tournament entrance you'll find 3 Kabuterimon. The one in the bottom left of the room will complain that he is tired of training here, invite him to train at the Arena in File City and he'll join your town.

 

Kuwagamon

Requirement: N/A

Speak with the northern-most Kuwagamon in the gym on the left side of Beetle Land. Choose the second dialogue option, "Actually, there is a sure fire" to successfully recruit him. The dialogue layout is all messed up for whatever reason on this guy.
