Spell Books List - Rune Factory 2 Guides

Spell Books allows you to cast a magic spells to inflict damage on your enemies or to heal your HP/Status. To improve the Spell Books effects, you have to find the Missing Pages in order to repair and bring them to Mana at Alvarna Academy - Classroom to fix it.

 

Cure
Location: Found in the Bookshelf of Alvarna Clinic - 1F (Had to talk with Sera and Serena for at least once)
Missing Page 1: Reward from Barret's first request " I need Supplies for Class " (2nd Gen)
Missing Page 2: Reward from Natalie's first request " I Lost Something " (2nd Gen)
Effects:
- Heals 80 HP for your character only ( Green Book)
- Heals 150 HP for your character and monster (Red Book)
- Heals 300 HP for your character and monster (Blue Book)

 

Dragon Break
Location: Found in the Bookshelf of School Library at upper left shelf (Must Collect all the Tablet Fragments and talk to Barrett first)

 

Fireball
Location: Found in the Bookshelf inside your house - 1F
Missing Page 1: Reward from Alicia's first request " Answer a Question for Me? " (2nd Gen)
Missing Page 2: Reward from Cecilia's first request " Let's Cook Together! " (2nd Gen)
Effects:
- Fires one fireball (Green book)
- Fires three fireballs in a covering a small area (Red Book)
- Fires five fireballs covering a large are (Blue Book)

 

Life Drain
Locations: Obtain from second Dojo's Challenge reward
Missing Page 1: Reward from Yue's second request " Again, I Got Something Good " (2nd Gen)
Missing Page 2: Reward from Ray's first request " Information for the Fitness Exam " (2nd Gen)
Effects:
- Fires a small dark ball; Recovers some HP from the damage (Green Book)
- Fires a medium dark ball; Recovers some HP from the damage ( Red Book)
- Fires large dark ball; Recovers some HP from the damage ( Blue Book)

 

Medication
Location: Found in the Bookshelf of Alvarna Clinic - 1F (Had to talk with Sera and Serena for at least once)
Missing Page 1: Reward from Yue's first request " I Got Something Good " (2nd Gen)
Missing Page 2: Reward from Dougla's first request " Can Someone Deliver This Thing " (2nd Gen)
Effects:
- Cures poison and heals 20 HP for your character only (Green Book)
- Cures poison, paralysis and heals 50 HP for your character and monster (Red Book)
- Cures poison, paralysis and heals 100 HP for your character and monster (Blue Book)

 

Omni-Gate (Plot Item)
Location: Found in the Bookshelf of School Library at upper left shelf (Must Collect all the Tablet Fragments and talk to Barrett first)

 

Shine
Location: Reward from second Dojo's Challenge
Missing Page 1: Reward from Yue's third request " Once Again, I Got Something Good " (2nd Gen)
Missing Page 2: Reward from Max's second request " Finish the Experiment (Big Money!) (2nd Gen)
Effects:
- Two light balls will surround your character (Green Book)
- Four light balls will surround your character (Red Book)
- Six light balls will surround your character (Blue Book)

 

Sonic Wind
Location: Found in the Bookshelf of School Library at the last row

Effects:
- Throws two cutting discs (Green Book)

Location: Found at the third row of the Bookshelf of School Library

Effects:
- A spike that hits enemy's feet (Green Book)
- 2 large spike that hits enemy's feet (Red Book)
- 2 large spike that hits enemy's feet (Blue Book)

 

Water Laser
Location: Found in the Bookshelf of your house - 2F
Missing Page 1: Reward from Barrett's second request " Something to Give to Jake " (2nd Gen)
Missing Page 2: Reward from Tanya's nineteenth request " Trial!: Hobgoblin "
Effects:
- Shots one piercing line of water (Green Book)
- Shot two piercing line of water (Red Book)
