Pokemon SoulSilver - Pokemon Level Modifier Action Replay Codes (USA)
This page contains the Pokemon Level Modifier Action Replay codes I have for Pokemon SoulSilver, a game on the NDS. If you are using a physical NDS console then you will need to purchase a physical Action Replay device in order to make use of the codes on this page and website.
For those of you out there who are using an emulator such as Desmume, there is usually a tab at the top of the emulator that will lead you to the section where you can input these codes. If you'd like more information on How to Setup Codes on Desmume NDS Emulator please follow the link provided.

Level Modifier Code (Version 1) Note: Press L + R for 100 Ultra Balls in your bag. Walk in the wild and Hold L to get into encounters. How this code works is the value of the Ultra Balls in your backpack will be the same as the level of the Pokemon you encounter. If you want to encounter level 78 Pokemon, make sure you have 78 Ultra Balls.
