Quest #163 When a Star Wishes Upon You - Stornway Inn

Quest Requirements: Defeat Excalipurr for the Prayer Pearl item and bring it to Celestria in Realm of the Mighty

Quest Pre-Requirements: Side Quest #157 Complete; This is a DLC Quest

Reward: Aquila joins your party

This quest is given to you by Pavo inside of the Stornway Inn. Much like all the previous quests in this chain, you'll need to speak with Pavo behind the counter in order for him to offer you this quest. Additionally Side Quest #157 will need to be completed first as well.

For this quest you need to defeat Excalipurr, a high level Grotto boss for the Prayer Pearl item. Once you've obtained this you'll want to return to the Stornway Inn and give the item to Pavo who then tells you to take it to Realm of the Almighty and give it to lady Celestria whose found at the top of the palace here.

Note: To reach Realm of the Almighty you'll want to board the Starflight Express and try to land somewhere on the world map. Select 'No' when it asks you to disembark here then select 'Yes' when it asks you if you want to go to the Realm of the Almighty.

Once you're in the Realm of the Almighty you will want to travel up the glowing stairs to Celestria at the top and speak with here. Watch/participate in the scene that commences then return to Pavo at the Stornway Inn. Speak to him here behind the counter then Zoom over to Angel Falls.

Speak with Aquila in Angel Falls to have him join your party. He's found near the guardian statue in the northern portion of Angel Falls. After you've spoken with him you'll need to Zoom back to Stornway and speak with Pavo one last time to complete this quest.
