Quest #132 Tree-Hugging Titan - Newid Isle

Quest Requirements: Use Mercy on Gigantes enemies in the Tower of Nod to scare them away in battle after dealing damage to them

Quest Pre-Requirements: This is a DLC Quest

Reward: Seed of Life; Ace of Clubs when repeating

This quest is given to you by a large ogre standing near the tree in the center of Newid Isle. This tree is on a raised piece of land just south of Alltrades Abbey that can only be reached with the Starflight Express and Sterling's Whistle. Also unless you have the DLC enabled for this game the ogre for this quest won't even be in this area.

For this quest you will need to go to the Tower of Nod (inside it or outside it both have these enemies) and look for gigantes enemies (pictured below). You can also find these guys in some of the mid level Water Grottos too.

You're going to want to deal about 200 - 350 damage to these guys before you use the Ranger ability Mercy on them. In my experience you won't get quest credit for any of them that run away with most of their health left.
