This quest is given to you by an old lady in eastern Stornway by the two graves. She's not here at night time, there's a ghost here then, so come back during the day to speak with her. Also this quest is part of the games DLC so unless you have access to the DLC content you won't be able to complete this quest.

For this quest you'll need to give her a Dangerous Bustier. There's two ways for you to get this item - the first is to use the Alchemy Pot and the second is to get lucky when running high end Grottos because you can sometimes find this item in the blue chests.
