Quest Requirements: Bring the Thug a Birthday Cake and Party Popper

Quest Pre-Requirements: This is a DLC Quest

Reward: Fingerless Gloves

This quest is given to you by the Thug on the 2F of the Bloomingdale Inn; this quest is a DLC quest and you won't be able to complete it unless you have access to this portion of the game. On the upside, unless you cheat for this quest it'll be almost impossible for you to complete anyway.

The only way to get the two items you need, Birthday Cake and Party Popper, is for you to visit the Stornway Inn on your character's birthday or purchase them from the WiFi Shop. If you're reading this and playing the game on something other than the Desmume emulator than you're in luck because you can probably complete this quest. Others out there... Will come up short.
