This is a post game quest

Quest Requirements: Defeat an Expload with a Critical Hit

Reward: 2000G First Time; 1000G Repeated Completions

This quest is given to you by a man standing outfront of the weapon stall in the town of Gleeba. In order to complete this quest it's highly recommended that you first level up Spear/Hammer weapon trees on at least one of your characters so you can get abilities like Thunder Thrust and Hatchet Man.

The Exploads that you need to defeat for this quest are very commonly found in the pit southeast of Gleeba - a picture of the enemy you're looking for is below. As the quest says, you have to defeat the enemy with a critical hit in order to get the item you're after. It didn't take too many Exploads for me to get the turbo toad oil I needed.
