Quest #015 Collapsus's Call - Heights of Loneliness

Quest Requirements: Special Medicine

Reward: Granite Tunnel of Woe Lv. 1 Treasure Map

This side quest begins in the Heights of Loneliness/Zere Rocks, a dungeon to the southeast of Dourbridge and directly east of Bloomingdale. You'll have to travel through almost the entire dungeon of Heights of Loneliness until you reach Zere Rocks at the end of it, a town made of stone.

If you've already completed this dungeon then you'll be able to Zoom to Zere Rocks instead of having to travel through the entire Heights of Loneliness dungeon a second time. From where you arrive by using Zoom, just head a tad bit south to find Christopher Collapsus.

All you need to complete this quest is a Special Medicine. Your first time here you probably won't have one but if you come back at any point later in the game there's a pretty good chance you'll already have this item with you.
