Phantasy Star III: Generations Of Doom - Item Modifier Values Action Replay Codes (USA, Europe)
This page contains the Action Replay codes that I have for Phantasy Star III: Generations Of Doom (USA, Europe), a game for Sega Genesis. If you're using an emulator you will be able to input the codes found on this page directly into the program and use them. For those of you who are old school and playing on a physical console, you'll have to purchase a Action Replay device to use them.

Note: Don't play with any of the Item Modifier codes on or it will likely reset your game. Enable them long enough to get the item and then turn them off. Also, you must have an item in the slot you plan to modify, it doesn't matter what it is, there just needs to be something there for the game to change into what we want.
