Twilight Princess - Peak Province Poe Locations
The Poes that you find in Peak Province are some of the last ones that you are able to collect throughout the game. There aren't very many here and the ones that are found in Peak Province are fairly easy to grab. Aside from this location, there's only one other place to find Poes later in the game and that's in the Cave of Ordeals.
Starting from the top Warp Portal and working our way down Snowpeaks - the very first Poe we come across is inside of the cave connecting upper and lower Snowpeaks. You'll find two large pieces of ice in here - both of which you can smash with your Ball and Chain. Destroying one of them will reveal a Poe.
The second Poe to find in Snowpeaks is just below the plateau that the Howling Stone is found on. The little blue arrow in my map below is the Howling Stone and where I am standing is the Poe.
The next Poe to find in Snowpeak is just to the south of the previous one on the lower plateau area.
This Poe is found on the southern most plateau - closest to the frozen lake of all the Poes.
This Poe is found at the very bottom of the ramp nearby the Snowpeak Ruins. After you race the Yeti and find yourself at the bottom you'll want to turn around and and begin to travel back the way you just came. There is a small hill next to the bridge in the deep snow - the Poe appears atop this hill.
Use Wolf Link to quickly travel through the snow.
You can find this Poe floating around in the first room you enter within Snowpeak Ruins. It's pretty much impossible to miss him!
This Poe is also extremely easy to find - he's also in the first room you enter the Ruins in! However he is located in one of the suits of armor on the side of the entry foyer... This means you'll need the item from this dungeon, Ball and Chain to destroy the armor and release the Poe.
The third and final Poe for you to find in Snowpeak Ruins is found on the second floor just off of the first room you enter in from. The Poe is found in the room that's made of entirely ice, behind a wall of ice that you need to use your Ball and Chain to smash through.
Also, in order to access the room that the Poe is in you'll need to have acquired this dungeon's item, the Ball and Chain.
