D-Pad or Control Pad: Move Sabreman around the game world
A button: Jump
B button: Attack with Sabreman's sword
L button: Use the currently selected item or weapon
R button: Cycle through Sabreman's inventory of items and weapons
Start button: Pause the game and bring up the in-game menu
