Golden Sun Djinni 10 - 19 Locations & Guide
This page contains locations of Djinnis #10 - 19 in Golden Sun and a little bit of information on how to acquire that Djinni. Each location has at least one picture which you can click on to enlarge if needed as well as a brief summary about how to acquire the Djinni.

I decided to split the guide up into three parts because of the amount of lag mobile phones and tablets experience from loading multiple pictures on one page.
(10) Quartz - Venus Djinni (Mogall Forest)
This Djinni is found about half way through Mogall Forest. In order to reach him you'll need to use your Move Psynergy on a boulder (over top of a log) to move it into a small hole, which'll then let you move the Log and get past the blockage.
** You'll have to fight this Djinni so be ready for a battle!
(11) Mist - Mercury Djinni (Xian Town)
Mist's location is flaunted in your face from almost the moment you enter Xian but how to reach him is completely unclear. What you need to do is speak with the women who walks back and forth between the two doors and the waterfall to get her to drop the water she is holding.
You need to speak with her in just the right spot that way we can use Mia and change the water into a frozen pillar. After you do this you'll be able to jump to and then to the cliff that has the Djinni on it.
(12) Corona - Mars Djinni (Overworld near Xian)
Corona is found north of Xian on a small little island that can only be reached by crossing a bridge. This location is shown in my screen shot above. All you need to do once here is start a random encounter and the fight will be against this Djinni almost without fail.
This Djinni puts out a decent amount of damage and has a chance to run on you so be prepared to go all out. Once you succeed in beating him you'll acquire the powers of Corona!
(13) Spritz - Mercury Djinni (Altin Peak)
Spritz is found inside Altin Peak - the mine entrance that is at the lowest point in the entire town. It will be open for entry after you defeat all of the Living Statue enemies that are drowning the town; the entrance is shown in one of my screen shots above for those confused.
Once you're inside the mine make your way to the room that has Spritz. In this room you'll need to solve a brief puzzle in order to reach him. Find the place that has a large pillar and a puddle of water next to it, it's shown in one of my screen shots.
Use Frost Psynergy on the puddle to make it into a frozen pillar then use Move Psynergy on the stone pillar and move it one spot to the left. After you do this hit the switch that's in this room to reverse the tracks that the mine cart will follow and then hop across the two pillars to reach the mine cart.
Now all you need to do is ride the Mine cart on over to Spritz and claim your prize!
(14) Smog - Jupiter Djinni (Lamakan Desert)
Smog is found in the extremely large desert area with 10 or more different circles of rocks for you to reveal. It's the wide open area just before the part with a few sand waterfalls before the cave. Out in this large field you'll find a pair of stones that almost encircle each other, shown in my screen shot above.
Use Ivan's Reveal over top of these stones to uncover the Djinni Smog.
(15) Vine - Venus Djinni (Overworld Near Kalay)
Vine is found by triggering a random encounter in a specific area of the overworld. The location you'll want to visit for Vine is just northwest of the Lamakan Desert's Exit Cave by Kalay. That would also mean it's east of Kalay. If we're using my screen shot above, the place you need to hunt is a small island that I encircled with a blue box.
You can only reach by crossing a bridge that's northwest of the Lamakan Desert's Exit Cave. All you need to do is run around in this area and trigger a random encounter to make the Venus Djinni appear.
(16) Scorch - Mars Djinni (Kalay)
Scorch is found inside the Kalay Tunnel which is a cave within the town of Kalay. To reach Scorch you'll want to climb the stairs of the building in eastern Kalay (shown in my screen shot above) and jump to the cliff. Once there you'll want to move the statue to reveal the entrance to the Kalay Tunnel.
Go inside the cave and in the very first room you come across you'll find a large amount of water filling the lower portion of the room and a Djinni on the other side. All you need to do is move the statue across the room to block the flow of water then you'll be able to safely reach the Djinni.
(17) Sap - Venus Djinni (Vault Town)
This Djinni is found in the town of Vault (one of the very first towns we come across in the game) however you can't get it until much later in the game, after you get the Reveal Psynergy on Ivan. Once you're in Vault you'll want to travel all the way around the cliff surrounding the town until you reach the Bell Tower, ring the bell to cause the Djinni in the tree to switch locations.
In the southern portion of Vault up on the hill there'll be a Graveyard with the graves making a large circle. It's the same location shown in my screen shot. Use Ivan's Reveal ability to uncover a ladder down in the center of the graves. This leads to the Vault Cave which has a series of puzzles you'll need to solve in order to capture the Djinni at the end.
The hardest puzzle in the cave in my opinion is the Flame Puzzle with water droplets coming down from the ceiling. I've included a picture of the room below.
For this puzzle what I did is very patiently pushed the flame torch northward and it seemed to dodge the water droplets well enough for me. Each time I pushed it I waited about half a second and pushed it again which allowed enough time for me to miss them all.
When trying this method on another playthrough I did not have similar luck with just pushing it forward. Instead what I did was push it around the two squares in this room. Each time you have to push it through a tile with a water droplet you'll want to wait until the droplet happens then quickly push it across. For a better explanation I recommend you watch how I did this in my Golden Sun - How to get the Vault Djinni Youtube Video. It's much easier to just show you.
Aside from the flame puzzle the only other part that requires thinking is hitting the switch to change the room that holds water. It's shortly after that room that you'll find the cave's exit which is where you'll find Sap, one of the Venus Djinni.
(18) Kite - Jupiter Djinni (Vale Town)

Kite is found in the same town that we started the game in, Vale. Head inside Vale and travel to the northwestern most portion of the town you can possibly go. Here is where you'll find a large boulder in the center of a fence; shown in one of my screen shots above.
You'll want to use the Lift Psynergy on this boulder and head north into the Vale Cave. There's a few different puzzles in this cave, most are easy to solve. The hardest one I believe would be using the Reveal Psynergy on the circle of wooden platforms in the water to make your way across. That's why I included a picture above.
Once you make your way to the Djinni in the cave, you'll want to grab the chest that's just behind him for Halt Gem which teaches the Psynergy Halt to whomever equips it. We need this item in order to capture this Djinni. The first time you approach the Djinni it will flee from you. He'll go down stairs near some rocks and then run around the rocks to avoid you until you use the Halt Psynergy on him. Once you use Halt on him you can easily capture him after that.
(19) Ember - Mars Djinni (Tolbi)
For this Djinni you'll need to skirt around the right side of the cliff surrounding Tolbi until you find yourself at a small little plant growing next to the northern most cliff side. Use someone's Growth Psynergy on the plant and then climb up the vines to reach the puddle.
As you could probably guess, use Frost Psynergy on the puddle and then return to the central portion of town. Head up to where the Inn is and jump across the newly frozen pillar to reach the Mars Djinni, Ember.
