Controls

D-pad: Move character
A button: Attack/confirm
B button: Energy blast
L button: Block
R button: Dash
Start button: Pause menu

 

Note: Holding down the A button charges up an energy attack that can be released by releasing the button. Holding down the B button charges up a more powerful energy attack.

 

Additionally, you can use the D-pad and A button together to perform a melee combo attack. Some characters also have special moves that can be activated with specific button combinations, which are usually explained in the game's tutorial or instruction manual.
