Controls:

D-pad: Move Banjo and Kazooie around
A button: Jump
B button: Attack with Kazooie's beak or Banjo's backpack
R button: Crouch
L button: First-person view
Select button: Open pause menu
Start button: Open game menu
A button (while in first-person view): Exit first-person view
B button (while in first-person view): Fire eggs (if you have collected them)
D-pad (while in first-person view): Move camera around
L button + R button (while in first-person view): Center camera behind Banjo and Kazooie

 

Button Combos:

Rat-a-tat Rap: Press A repeatedly to peck with Kazooie's beak.
Beak Buster: Press B to perform a downward attack with Kazooie.
Shock Jump: Press B then A to perform a high jump with a damaging shockwave.
Egg Firing: Press and hold R to aim, then press A to fire an egg.
Talon Trot: Press R then B to move quickly and jump higher.
Wonderwing: Press R then A to become invincible and deal damage while running forward.
Hatch: Press R then L to break open eggs and reveal items.
Bill Drill: Hold down and then press B to dig through soft surfaces.
Wing Whack: Press B while jumping to glide and attack with Kazooie's wings.
Glide: Hold A while jumping to glide with Kazooie's wings.
