D-Pad: Move Spider-Man
A Button: Jump
B Button: Attack
L Button: Shoot Web
R Button: Use Special Move
Start Button: Pause game

 

During gameplay, you can also use the Select button to toggle your web shooter between different modes, such as a rapid-fire mode or a charge shot mode. Additionally, you can press and hold the L button to swing on your web, and use the D-pad to control the direction of your swing.
