Deceiver's Conflagrant Recipes
Deceiver's Conflagrant gear is the non-prestige Ring of Scale armor set for Rogues. In my opinion this is the best gear to get for players who box 106 - 110; primarily because it's non-prestige, attuneable, and it's super easy to get in comparison to the other stuff in RoS.
Many of the Conflagrant Armor recipes count towards reaching 350 Smithing but I am not sure how many or exactly which ones, I will need to experiment on my own to figure this out.
Deceiver's Conflagrant Boots (510 Trivial)
Once you have all of the required items, combine them together in a Forge, Guild Forge or Tanaan Forge.
2 Conflagrant Chain Ring
1 Emblem of the Deceiver
1 Phlogiston Coal
1 Phlogiston Loam
1 Plate Boot Template Mold
1 Smithy Hammer
1 Water Flask
Deceiver's Conflagrant Wristguard (510 Trivial)
Once you have all of the required items, combine them together in a Forge, Guild Forge or Tanaan Forge.
