Kunark Smoothie Recipe Guide
Kunark Smoothie was added to the game during the Ring of Scale expansion pack and is some of the first stat food to have a level requirement. Also much like the Kunark Meat Pie made with Baking, this recipe offers some of the best stat food in the game for higher level players.
In order to make the Kunark Smoothie you will need to collect 3 different tradeskill items that drop from Ring of Scale enemies as well as a few other items from the original Kunark. The RoS items you need are Conflagrant Bone Dust, Lacertilia Ectoplasm and Slime. All three of these items drop from the undead enemies in Howling Stones and Sathir's Tomb.
Once you have all of the required ingredients combine them together in a Brewing Barrel.

All of the recipes that are below aren't required to make the Kunark Smoothie. They do, however, count towards reaching 350 with Brewing so I recommend you make all of them at least once if you're working towards 350 Brewing with your character.
