The Sewers of Nihilia - The Purifying Plant (GoD Progression)

 This is the very first task that you have to complete in the Gates of Discord Progression chain given to you by High Priest Diru Riwirn. Before we get into the specifics of this task, let's talk about some of the universal things all of the Sewers of Nihilia tasks share in common.

 First up, all of the enemies throughout this task respawn and hit for about a max of 1k each if you're during the GoD expansion pack. As far as the named enemies go, after you defeat 9 - 12 of each type, that type's named will have a chance to spawn in any of the placeholder positions after that. To be more clear, defeat 9 - 12 turtles then you'll be able to get the turtle named to spawn.

 Now, as far as this specific task goes; there are three easy steps that you need to complete for this task. They're listed as follows for a quick read for those who don't need the strategy.

Objectives in The Purifying Plant:

1. Find and Hail Ansharu in the instance
2. Defeat the aged stonemites to the south
3. Defeat Ancient Kayserops

You'll find Ansharu almost directly east from the location you zoned in at standing in a hallway. Hailing him will spawn the aged stonemites in the southern most portion of the instance - which is required to complete this task. Once you spawn all of aged stonemites travel all the way down south to the southern most room.

Pull the aged stonemites out of the water - since the water will block your view which makes your spells miss them entirely. Med up before you fight the final stonemite because the boss comes out to attack you immediately after the final stonemite dies.

Ancient Kayserops is the named that will spawn in the aged stonemite room and attack the group; make sure the tank is positioned and ready. Depending on your groups gear and levels it shouldn't be too difficult of a fight. Once you've beaten this enemy your expedition completes and you earn a character flag.
