Wizard Level 100 Kissassist INI File

This is my Level 100 Wizard INI File. Unlike my level 105 Wiz INI this one is designed for Wizards at level 100 with group gear. This INI file is pretty mana efficient while still doing really good DPS. When I am not using my three ethereal rotation - this is the INI file I am using.
