The Overthere - Ring of Scale Guide
The Overthere is one of the more popular zones in Ring of Scale to hunt in and typically has multiple groups in it at once depending on your server. In the northern portion of the zone along the shore you'll find relatively weak enemies but they're mixed in with regular enemies so hunting just them will be difficult.
Much like the original Overthere you can make camp along the ramp to Skyfire Mountains or just outside of the evil base in the north where you enter at. Along with these camps there are numerous areas around the edge of the zone that are good spots to pull too as well. All of these locations are marked on my screenshot above.
For the most part each of the locations marked on the map above have 0 enemies that roam into them. Not all of these camps are close enough to a named spawn to pull whereas others are close to multiple nameds. Depending on what your goals are (EXP or loot) will determine which camp you choose.
Out of all the camps in the zone one stands out to me above the rest and that's the Needle and Saber camp (pictured above). This location is right in the middle of the zone and there are no completely safe locations to camp but the two marked on my map above are decently safe. The northern one is my favorite one but the southern one isn't too bad either.
The reason that I prefer this camp the most is because I play on Firiona Vie and from this one location you can pull two named enemies that each can drop an Augmentation that sells in The Bazaar for good money.
Needle & Saber Loot
Saber: Aura of Sky Shield, Marquise Cut Ruby Ornament (Aug), Noble Sceptre
Needle: Fractured Sunstone, Fragment of Ethereal Steel (Aug), Impervious Guardian's Buckler
If I had to pick a camp just for EXP in this zone I would do the one in the southeastern most corner or along the eastern wall. Both of these locations will have a healthy mix of regular enemies and nameds; if all you want is regular mobs for EXP then I would recommend you try the western wall camps since they have less named enemies.
