Worlds Apart - CoTF Collectibles Achievement
For this achievement you need to complete the achievement Less is More which requires you to collect 5 different sets of collections from many of the Heroic Adventures in Call of the Forsaken. Of all the collection achievements during this expansion, this is one of the more annoying ones to complete.
How it typically works is when you complete half of a Heroic Adventure 4 collectibles spawn throughout the dungeon. They typically spawn in the same areas that you completed the Heroic Adventure but in some cases they can spawn anywhere in the entire zone - which is just a bloody nightmare.
If you're looking for collectibles for farm for selling in The Bazaar, this set will make you some of the best cash since they're such a pain in the butt to acquire. On the other hand if you're trying to complete all of the collection achievements for either Call of the Forsaken Master Scavenger or for the TBL evolving item, Threadbare Weighted Tabard you're going to struggle a lot with finishing these sets.

Missing Mementos (Ethernere - Tainted West Karana)
The Collectibles required for this achievement spawn in the Ethernere Tainted West Karana Heroic Adventures given to you by Brother Estle. You can find these items in 3 different HAs, Life After Death, Remember the Dead and The Other Brother.
All three of these are easy to complete but I personally prefer to farm Life After Death or Remember the Dead the most. These give you the smallest areas to explore for the Collectibles that spawn. Usually at least three of them spawn out in the open but sometimes one will spawn in the tunnels underneath the city too - which is the most annoying part of this.

Miniature Meals (Ethernere - Tainted West Karana)
The Collectibles required for this achievement spawn in the Ethernere Tainted West Karana Heroic Adventures given to you by Marla Gaslow. You can find these items in 3 different HAs, A Helping Hand, Protected Passage and Seeking Refuge.
A Helping Hand and Seeking Refuge are the two best tasks in my opinion to farm for these Collectibles. However you should check The Bazaar on your server first because this collection set is fairly common to find in it from my experience.

Military Missives (Bixie Warfront)
All of the collectibles for this achievement are ground spawns in the Bixie Warfront Heroic Adventures given by Battlebreaker Kraklest. You can find these items in 3 different HAs, Endless War, General Sargrinta's Last Stand and Thunder Gun Escape.
Battlebreaker Kraklest has the Tier 2 CoTF Bixie Warfront tasks so these take a step up in difficulty from the last ones but truthfully still aren't that challenging. In my opinion General Sargrinta's Land Stand is the best one to farm since the whole HA takes place on the bridge & usually at least three of the collectibles spawn on the bridge too! The last one usually spawns in the water.
As for the other two Heroic Adventures - they take place in either the west or east trenches and they're much more difficult to find the Collectibles in when they spawn during the mission.

Matronymic Markers (Neriak Fourth Gate)
All of the collectibles for this achievement are ground spawns in the Neriak Fourth Gate Heroic Adventure given by Lark D`Tradis. They can spawn in Late Checkout, The Sealed Gate and The Toll Road. Out of these three HAs I believe the easiest one to farm for Collections is The Toll Road but The Sealed Gate is also rather easy.
I'd strongly recommend you avoid Late Checkout, especially if you don't have high Alcohol Tolerance because the named at the end of this HA is extremely annoying. If you can handle Late Checkout though the Collections in this HA are the easiest to locate out of all three.

Much like the previous set of collectibles, these also can only be found in the Neriak Fourth Gate Heroic Adventures given by Rozz T`Ver. The HAs that these can spawn in are Hate Hath No Fury, Royal Access, The King's Court.
