Thick Grizzly Bear Skin & High Quality Bear Pelt Farming Locations

Thick Grizzly Bear Skins are used in a few different Pottery Recipes, two Tailoring recipes and are a part of a few different quests. If it wasn't already obvious based on the name of the item, we'll need to hunt Grizzly Bears/Kodiak bears in order to obtain these skins.

While hunting Grizzly Bears you should keep an eye out for other items of value, like High Quality Bear Skins which are used in creating Hand Made Backpacks. These items commonly drop off the same enemies.

 

Commonlands Grizzly Bear Hunting Locations

Commonlands is without a doubt the best place for you to hunt Grizzly Bears for their pelts. You'll find them in abundance all over this zone.

 

Misty Thicket Grizzly Bear Hunting Locations

Bears spawn on the side of the wall closest to Runnyeye only. If you're a good aligned race this is one of the best places to hunt outside of Commonlands.

 

The Feerrott Grizzly Bear Hunting Locations

If you're an evil race and too low level to safely hunt in Misty Thicket or Commonlands one of the better alternatives for you will be The Feerrott.

 

Goru'kar Mesa Grizzly Bear Hunting Locations

A bit later on in the game, after The Serpent's Spine expansion is released you'll have another location you can hunt bears which far surpasses Commonlands. There's tons of bears and wolves all over the spots shown in Goru'kar Mesa.
