When the level first begins you'll want to deal with all of the enemies you see in both hallways. After they're all taken care of return to the initial room and go down the stairs on the right, this will lead you to a room with Secret #1. In the hallway past this secret you will find a Quad Damage power up, use this to clear the few halls in front of you and as much of the room with the Silver Key as you can.

Finish clearing the room with the Silver Key and fire off a few rockets downstairs into the water to take out the fish and Skrag too. Avoid the Silver Key for right now, it will spawn Vores and we need to do a bit more clearing first. Return to the hallway pictured below with the symbol that you can shoot to open the grate.

This hallway is found right before the wall trap that spits out nails. Shoot the symbol and then fire two rockets down the hole; it closes quickly so you may only get time for one rocket. Once the Death Knight is dead downstairs you can fall through the hole and deal with the Scrags.

After you fall into the sewers you'll want to get the Wetsuit and Secret #2 as well as the Ring of Shadows which is found under the walkway above you. Watch my video if you need help with this part, there is a lot going on during this part of the mission and it's easy to get lost.

Basically, our goal is to clear all the enemies in this sewer portion, once they're all done you can return to the Silver Key and grab it. Make sure you shoot the symbol in the room with the Silver Key too; it's required if you want to get Secret #4 and the alternative exit.

Now that you have the Silver Key you'll want to return to the initial room of this mission and use the key on the door. Fight some more enemies and then grab the Gold Key, Secret #3 and Secret #4. Swim through the water and exit the mission if you're taking the secondary exit.

 

Secret #1

Secret #1: At the start of this mission go down the stairs to your right and shoot the cross symbol on the wall (pictured below). This will open a door near the stairs which leads to a room with a Mjolnir and some ammo.

 

Secret #2

Secret #2: Once you have obtained the Silver Key you will find a slope of water that leads into a pool below. In the pool there will be a small portion of the wall that has different textures than the rest of it, shoot this portion to open a path. Your reward is a +100 Health Crate.

  

 

Secret #3

Secret #3: The third secret is found next to the Gold Key. Shoot the wall behind the Gold Key and you will uncover a suit of yellow armor as your reward.

 

Secret #4

Secret #4: The final secret in this level has two things you must to do to complete it - this secret is also the alternative exit for this level. In the room with the Silver Key you must shoot the symbol on the wall above the tunnel (pictured below). The room with the Gold Key has a cross above a similar tunnel; you must shoot this one too. Once both have been activated the tunnel gates will open and you can get to the secret exit.
