Defeat the enemies at the start of this mission and grab Secret #1 from the first room. Clear the next room and hallway then grab Secret #2 before you ride up the elevator. You will come to a large open room with lava down below, both the Silver Key and Gold Key Doors are found in this room.

Ride the elevator in the middle of this room up, this will take you to a set of stairs that go down into a rather linear area. Follow the only path forward, you will ride an elevator up and clear a few rooms before you reach a very large room with pillars and many enemies. Ride the elevator up inside of this room and shoot the two buttons that appear on the wall.

This will cause the entire map to shake and the pillars in your room to explode and collapse inward. You'll now have a clear path to the button on the far end of this room, run to this button and hit it then turn around and blast all enemies that spawn. There will be Fiend(s) below too, so be careful when you jump down.

Now that we got that scripted event out of the way it's time to return to that large room with the Gold & Silver doors from earlier. Right before the stairs that lead up into this room you'll find a hallway that is now opened. Go down this hallway to find a room with a Vore and the Silver Runekey inside. You will also find Secret #3 and Secret #4 in this area too; so make sure that you grab both!

Head back to the large room with the locked Silver Door and open it, ride the elevator up and grab the Rocket Launcher up top. Around the corner you'll find Secret #5 along with the Gold Runekey, grab both and then jump down to open the Gold Door.

Behind the Gold Door you'll find another elevator, this one takes you up to the top of this room. There will be a few enemies up here along with a hole that you must jump down to complete the mission.

 

Secret #1

Secret #1: You will find the first secret on this level in the same room you start the mission in. Shoot the grill on the wall that looks like a fireplace and you will open a secret hatch on the landing. Inside is a Nailgun which is your reward.

 

Secret #2

Secret #2: In the very next room you will find another grate that looks much like the first one we shot. Shoot this one too and you will reveal a path into the small room with the armor that we ran by in the hallway.

 

Secret #3

Secret #3: Behind the Silver Runekey you'll find a secret area if you shoot the wall.

 

Secret #4

Secret #4: After you get the Silver Runekey on your way out of the hallway you'll want to shoot the wall (pictured below) to reveal a secret passage. This will allow you to get the Thunderbolt weapon which is under the stairs. Until you complete the whole sequence with destroying the pillars you won't be able to access this area.

 

Secret #5

Secret #5: In the same area you find the Gold Runekey you should look over the edge (pictured below). You'll find a button that you can shoot down ontop of the roof for the elevator below, it will open up a room of loot across from the Gold Runekey.
