At the start of the level grab the Nailgun and the Rocket Launcher on your way through the door. You'll come to a medium sized room with some Gremlins ontop of pillars; you'll also find the locked Gold Key Door in here too. Grab Secret #1 and Secret #2 from this room and then go back to the entrance room.
From the entrance go down the stairs and grab the Double-barrelled Shotgun on your way through. Grab the Horn of Conjuring in the next room as well, this typically will always summon a Zombie and one other weak monster for you. The next room will have the Super Nailgun and Secret #3, this is kind of a hard one to reach because it requires some precision jumps.
On the second floor in this room you'll find the locked Silver Key Door as well as a second room which contains the Silver Key. Grab the Silver Key and use it on the door to proceed deeper into the level. After a few hallways you will come back to the starting room, from where you are you can jump to Secret #4 which is above the gate. If you're skilled you can jump back up here without having to run all the way back through the level.
The very next room will have Secret #5, it will also have two buttons on opposite sides of the wall that you must shoot to open the door. Head through the door and fall down to the platform below you; launch a bunch of grenades downstairs and then fall down once it's safe. Grab the Pentagram of Protection and deal with the Fiends that spawn.
Head forward and you will find yourself in some water. Grab the Gold Key down here and deal with the enemies, then swim through the underwater passage near where you got the key. If you're having a hard time finding the passage look for the arrow pointing down into the water.
Now is when the level gets a bit confusing. To advance you need to return to the Gold Key Door and open it, however the path there isn't very obvious. One path leads to a room with a Spawn monster and a Proximity Gun and the other path leads you to the room with the Gold Key Door. In order to reach the Gold Key Door you'll need to ride the elevator up that's found next to the draw bridge (pictured below).
You will also need to flip the switch next to the drawbridge which will lower the bridge and let you cross to reach the door. Through the door you'll find a medium sized room with a pool of water in the middle; Secret #6 is found in this room too. Defeat the enemies then dive into the water and grab the Empathy Shields before pressing the button.
The door that opens above you will give you access to the final room of this mission. You should equip the Super Nailgun, Laser Cannon or Thunderbolt because you will be dealing with a couple of very powerful enemies along with well placed Ogres above. My advice is to take out a Shambler or two from distance and the first Ogre that you can see. Then rush into the room and hit the button - this will destroy the machines that hit you with lightning and spawn another Shambler.
If you're interested in an easter egg you can use cheats to jump onto the platforms with Ogres, one of them will have a hidden message for you. Otherwise, defeat the remaining enemies then exit the level.
Secret #1
Secret #1: When the level first begins you'll want to take the path to the locked Gold Key Door. As you go through the doorway that leads to this door you'll come across some Gremlin enemies ontop of some pillars. When you shoot at both pillars you will make two crates of Cells appear; lightning will shoot out of the face to manifest them. This secret actually comes in two parts. Shoot the face between these pillars and it will open a cage nearby (pictured below). Go inside and you will get credit for this secret. However, if you want to obtain the extra Cells and you also want to get Secret #2 you'll have to ride that cage up when it opens.
Secret #2
Secret #2: This is found in the same room as the previous secret. Shoot the face and ride the cage door open - use that to jump to the pillars that the cells are on. From these pillars you will be able to see the wall that opens up (pictured below). Jump over to this wall and it will open as you get near it. Inside is a suit of red armor (+200 Armor).
Secret #3
Secret #3: You'll find this secret in the room with the Silver Key Door. In order to reach this secret area you'll need to jump onto the post at the bottom of the stairs and from there jump to the boxes nearby. Once you're ontop of these boxes you will need to do some very skilled jumps. From here jump to the torch on the wall and then from that torch jump onto the top of the crates. This will open a panel in the wall with a portal - jump inside for the secret. Your reward is a Quad Damage power up which is in the ceiling area above you.
Secret #4
Secret #4: Above the gate that lets you exit the level, you can jump to this location when you run by the first time. Inside is a Mjolnir weapon; if you're a skilled jumper you can make it back to the platform you jumped from... Otherwise you're stuck running from the entrance of the mission all the way back to where we are now. Depending on your difficulty, a Spike Mine will spawn when you claim this secret. If you stay inside it most likely will miss you and explode on the wall.
Secret #5
Secret #5: The next room you come across after Secret #4 will have this one. In order to unlock this secret you will need to run across a button to open up a hidden panel on the wall nearby. The button that you need to press is above the Pentagram of Protection on the long slender beam that runs through the room.
Secret #6
Secret #6: You'll find the next secret in a room with a pool of water in the middle (pictured below). Inside the pool of water there will be Empathy Shields along with a button you need to press for progression. To obtain this secret you will need to press a button on the wall and then enter the room that opens across from it.
