When the level first begins you'll want to turn around and wait for multiple Gremlins to jump down the pipe from above you. You'll also want to grab the Laser Cannon in this area before moving on. Cross the bridge ahead and you'll get a Rocket Launcher before rounding the corner which is where you'll find Secret #1.
Jump across the lava and grab the Pentagram of Protection from the hallway to the right. Keep following the path ahead and you will find the castle, clear the enemies with your Rocket Launcher then head inside. The first hallway you pass through inside of the castle will have Secret #2. Grab the secret then go through the door next to it for a Proximity Gun.
Inside the next room you'll find a Horn of Conjuring, for me it normally spawns a Death Knight when I grab it. He will help you deal with the enemies a little bit, typically acting as a meat shield for you. Once all Scrag are defeated a stairwell will open that lets you get to the roof where the Ogres are found. Press a button up here and then go down the newly formed stairs in the previous room below you.
You will find Secret #3 in the hallway before the sewers begin, it's right next to the locked Gold Key Door. Clear the sewers of enemies and follow the linear path forward, eventually you will come to the Silver Key. After you collect that key you'll want to return to the sewers and this time go through the Silver Key Door.
Sitting right out in the open is Mjolnir, a powerful melee weapon. Right after you grab the weapon a handful of Gremlins will spawn, swing Mjolnir a few times and you'll rid yourself of them. Make sure you grab Secret #4 as it's right in this area. Before progressing with the mission grab the suit of red armor above where you got Mjolnir. You'll have to take out a few Gremlins to reach it.
Once you're ready to proceed hit the button above the coffin you found Mjolnir on and you'll open up that coffin and a grate above it. You'll need to fall down through this grate and through the coffin to get down to the lava island below you.
When you land you will have to jump across a few lava islands and them jump over a few lightning bolt traps once you get onto solid land. After these traps you'll find a Thunderbolt weapon and a couple of strong enemies in the room with the Gold Key. Watch out because one of them is a Spike Mine!
Grab the Gold Key and hop into the portal that opens up below you. The portal will put you back in the sewers where we found Mjolnir, from here you can easily get to the Gold Key Door nearby. Head through the Gold Key Door and from there it's a linear path to the exit. Be warned though as some Vore enemies will be guarding the coffin that you exit from!
To complete this mission approch the coffin in the final room and it will open up to reveal a portal. Hop inside to finish.
Secret #1
Secret #1: The first secret in this mission is found early on, shortly after running across the stone bridge. Before you jump across the lava turn around and look up, you can do a little bit of parkour to get up to the area above you which contains the secret.
Secret #2
Secret #2: Once you're inside of the castle look for the hallway pictured below. At the back end of this hallway you'll need to jump up and hit your head on the torch; doing this will open a passage next to you. Inside you'll find a portal, use it and you'll be taken to a close quarters combat room with a Super Nailgun and some Death Knights. Be prepared!
Secret #3
Secret #3: Just outside of the Gold Key Door you'll see an inverted cross that appears and disappears on the wall. Shoot this cross and a +100 Health Crate will fall from the ceiling.
Secret #4
Secret #4: Go through the Blue Key Door and up the stairs across from the Mjolnir. Turn around and you will see a set of stairs that goes up along the left wall (use the picture if you need to). Once you're up top fall down into the hole and you'll find Empathy Shields and a button at the end of the hall.
