When you first begin this level you'll want to spend a bit of time clearing out all of the enemies; follow the linear path and you will be lead to a room that traps you and spawns more enemies. Defeat them all and hit the button in this room to escape, the next room will be your first fork in the path.

To the left you'll find the library with Secret #1 the Pentagram of Protection is found here. To the right you'll find Secret #2 with Quad Damage. It's technically up to you what order you'd like to get these in, both of these rooms will lead you to the same large church room.

Once you find the large church room you can grab Secret #3; when you go through the portal for this secret you'll be dumped back at the entrance of the level. Normally I take the opposite route that I took the first time on the way back to the church. This lets you get both secrets and allows you to use both of them.

After getting done those secrets our next task is to get the Silver Key which is at the top of the tower. If you need good directions; stand at the podium/lectern in the church just like you did for Secret #3. The door that is immediately to your left is the one that you need to go through, this will take you past the locked Gold Key Door and up a bunch of stairs to the top.

In the very large room up the stairs from the Gold Key Door you'll find Secret #4. Make sure you hit the button in this room to open the tower above you. Keep going up the stairs and you'll find the Silver Key at the top, once you grab it a portal will open that takes you back to the starting room - make sure you use it since it'll save you lots of time.

This time you'll want to go right from the entrance, this will lead you directly to the Gold Key which is found on the 2nd floor in the church. After obtaining this key return to the locked Gold Key Door and open it, follow the linear path to a dead end room with some lava (pictured below). This is the hardest and most annoying room of the level because it's super easy to die here.

Before trying to cross the lava room shoot the cross button on the wall to reveal the correct path

Before you decide to run across the floor tile in this room and risk death my advice is to shoot the cross symbol you see above the button that we need. This will light up a path for you on the ground which lets you know the only tiles we can safely walk across. Once you press this final button you'll spawn a few enemies. Defeat them and then make sure you get Secret #5; this will give you a shortcut back to the entrance room which is where the exit can be found.

 

Secret #1

Secret #1: The first secret you'll find on this level is in the large library like room (pictured below). You need to press the book button on the right hand side to open up the passage; this will lead you into a small area with a Pentagram of Protection inside.

 

Secret #2

Secret #2: Go up the stairs from Secret #1 and use the other hallway when you reach the fork in the previous room. Up the stairs one more time and you will find this small bookcase, much like the previous secret you need to push in one of the books to open up an alcove. Inside you'll find Quad Damage.

 

Secret #3

Secret #3: In the large church room you'll want to stand at the lectern in the front of the room. You'll get a message "Look to the heavens for the answer..."; do as the message says and look up - you will see a button that you can shoot. This will move a pew in the back of the room which will reveal a portal, jump in for this secret. It will teleport you back to the first room of this mission, up above where you can grab a +100 Health Crate.

  

 

Secret #4

Secret #4: After you pass the Gold Key Door go up the stairs and you'll find the room with this secret. You need to shoot a portion of the wall in this room to uncover the secret, inside you'll find the Ring of Shadows.

 

Secret #5

Secret #5: One of the final rooms of this mission will have a floor that collapses when you walk on it and drops you into lava. Above the button you need to press there will be a button with a cross on it. Shoot this button and a path will light up across the floor; follow the path to the button in the middle of the room and then look back in the direction you just came from. There will be another button above the doorway here, shoot it to make stairs appear - this is the final secret.
