When the mission first begins go down the stairs until you reach the room with Secret #1 and the Nailgun - grab both. Return upstairs and clear out the room with Secret #2 inside of it, you should grab this secret too. The next thing you'll want to do is head over to Secret #3; you can reach this secret by returning to where you found #1 and going down the hallway in the opposite direction.
On your way to Secret #3 you'll find the Laser Cannon weapon which is a new gun for this expansion pack. It uses the same ammo type as the Thunderbolt and it's quite powerful, try it on the scorpion enemies you encounter. After getting the new weapon and the secret turn around and return to the large central staircase from earlier.
This time you'll want to go to the bottom of the staircase; there are two paths you can take down here. One path leads you into the sewers where you'll find the locked Gold Keycard Door, Rocket Launcher and the pipe that we need to blow up (pictured below). Following the other path will lead you to a large outside courtyard where you'll find Secret #4.
I strongly recommend you take the outside route first because Secret #4 has the Proximity Gun and that is needed to get all secrets on the next mission. Once you have this secret you'll want to swim through the pool of water nearby and surface in the same area with the Rocket Launcher that we talked about before.
Shoot a rocket down this pipe to continue with the mission
Grab the Rocket Launcher and shoot a rocket down the pipe pictured above. After you do that hop out of the water and enter the newly blasted open room right in front of you. Fire another rocket at the explosive crate in this room to finish destroying the pump, there is a Wetsuit in this room too but it's not really needed.
To the right of the pumping room that we just blew up you'll find that the door has opened. Follow the new path to a room with a large staircase, at the top you'll find the Gold Keycard. Grab this and return to the Gold Keycard Door to unlock it. If you're having trouble finding this door keep an eye out for where it says EXIT on the walls. Follow the EXIT signs and arrows and you'll easily find this door.
Tip: After finding the Gold Keycard turn around and return whence you came; you'll run right into the sign that says EXIT this way.
On the other side of the Gold Keycard Door you'll find a bridge, clear it of enemies and open the door on the far end to find the final room of the mission. There will be some enemies inside here as well as Secret #5, don't forget to grab that before exiting the level!
Secret #1
Secret #1: When the mission first begins go down the stairs until you reach the room with the Nailgun. Look at the walls in this room, there is a part of the wall near the stairs that go down further that doesn't look the same as the rest - shoot this wall to reveal a suit of red armor.
Secret #2
Secret #2: From Secret #1 go up a set of stairs to the medium sized room with the locked door and the water below. Fall down to the bottom platform and on your way up the stairs to reach the above platform look at the ceiling inside of the enclosure. You'll see a red button on the ceiling - shoot it and you will open a door next to you. This door leads to a small elevator and a very tight corridor that is completely dark. If you're having trouble seeing shoot your shotgun a few times to light up the area. Once you grab the +100 Health crate you will turn on the lights.
Secret #3
Secret #3: You'll find the third secret in the dead end area next to the level's exit. You can see the exit from this location but you can't reach it because there is a force field here for the time being. Look up and to the left of this force field, you'll see a strip of lights along the ceiling. Shoot the third light from the left which is a slightly different color from the rest.
Secret #4
Secret #4: In the outside portion of this area you must look up and shoot the button that's under the bridge. This will open up a door that reveals some ammo, health and a Proximity Gun.
Secret #5
Secret #5: This secret is found at the very end of the level, you'll need to jump up and shoot a target on top of a box then climb the boxes nearby to reach the back area. You'll find a hole to drop down and a +100 Health box here along with a portal that takes you out of this area.
