At the start of the level, clear the main hallway down to the platform with the Gold Key on it then turn left and go into the dark hallway. This hallway will lead you to a locked Silver Key Door along with a few other areas that we'll be visiting in a bit. For now, our goal is to clear out all of the enemies so we don't have to deal with as many later.
Once you've cleared all the enemies you can find return to the Gold Key and go into the hallway below it. Collect Secret #1 and then Secret #2 from this area; after you collect Secret #2 you'll find yourself at the bottom of a well with an elevator. Before you ride the elevator down follow the hallway here that leads you up multiple elevators. At the top is a button that you need to hit to complete this mission so make sure you don't miss it!
Return to the elevator and ride it down, I describe how in Secret #3. Follow the path to the long elevator and ride it up to the top. Disembark and follow the short hallway to find the Gold Key. You'll need to jump to the key to reach it, once you have it use it to open the nearby door and claim your secret.
Go back to the platform that you got the Gold Key from and follow the hallway here through the next few areas. If you cleared them earlier they won't have enemies right now - otherwise you'll have to deal with a lot of stuff on your way to the room pictured below. Eventually you will find a large open room with a platform inside and a Quad Damage on the nearby ledge.
Use the platform to jump to the ledge, grab the Quad Damage and go through the portal. A lot of enemies will spawn to attack you, defeat them and pick up the Silver Key when you're done. Head over to the locked Silver Key Door and open it, grab Secret #4 when you're inside and then complete the level via the exit nearby.
Secret #1
Secret #1: Near the start of the level go through the door that's under the Gold Key and you will see a button about half way through the hallway above you. Across from this button will be a tight hallway, go down it and go up the stairs at the end. You'll find yourself in a small room - jump from this room across the opening to hit the button. To the right of the button (at the end of this hallway) you'll find a new opening; follow the linear path through this room and the next until you reach a Shambler (there's also a Quad Damage in this room). Defeat it and fall down the hole for a red armor suit.
Secret #2
Secret #2: After collecting Secret #1 jump down into the same room that you originally jumped across the gap to hit the button. Search this room and you will find a deep well, not very far down into this pit you'll find a ledge with some zombies. Defeat them and run down to this ledge. If you shoot the wall here that looks like a floor tile you'll reveal a goodie room, this is not the secret though. The secret is a ledge that is even below this - it's found about half way down the hole. It's actually easier to land on this ledge than you'd think because it sticks out just a tad bit more than the wall. However, you should still Quick Save before trying it! A Quad Damage can be found on this ledge.
Secret #3
Secret #3: Once you collect Secret #2 the only way to go is down. You'll land in an area with an elevator; first you'll want to press the button on the wall nearby then climb ontop of the beam that was lowered. Jump into the cage with the elevator and hit the button inside to be lowered to a new area. To escape the cage you'll need to shoot the red button on the wall, once you're free find the Gold Key by riding an elevator and pick it up. Now that you have the key, you can open the door nearby! Jump down and head over to the locked Gold Key Door, use the key on it and you will find a button inside. Wanna know what it does? It activates a short cut! So basically, it lets you get back to the platform you found the Gold Key on from where we are now, that's it.
Secret #4
Secret #4: Go inside of the Silver Key Door and you will find two platforms, one of them has a hollow bottom and some zombies inside. If you stand in the part of this platform that looks like an odd shaped triangle you'll fall through the floor and into the area where the zombies were. Falling into this hole will get you the final secret.
