Shoot the stained glass mural in the room you start in to open the door. Grab the Quad Damage in the next room and go through the door across from it. Behind the staircase in this room you'll find a button, hit this and then exit the room and go through the newly opened door.
Defeat all the enemies in this room and then jump into the pool of water in front of the two tall stained glass windows. This pool of water will lead you to a graveyard with many zombies, when you enter the graveyard take the first right to find a Grenade Launcher. The second right leads to Quad Damage which you'll want to grab next.
To the left you'll find a +100 health power up and the exit portal out of the graveyard. When you go through the portal you'll find yourself in the room with Secret #1; it's the mural right next to the locked Silver Key Door. I recommend you grab the Quad Damage here as soon as possible because a lot of enemies will be spawning in this area.
Tip: If you're trying to get 100% kills the graveyard and the room immediately after with Secret #1 are where you're most likely to miss enemies. The graveyard has many zombies and it's easy to miss one or two. The room with Secret #1 has about 5 waves of enemies that spawn from various triggers within the room. Keep defeating the waves until they stop spawning.
Once you eliminate all enemies continue down the blue hallway until you find either the button for Secret #2 or the locked Gold Key Door. In this hallway you're also going to find the most annoying enemy in the game - Spawns (also known as Tarbaby sometimes). These annoying things jump around the room and are difficult to hit; they also explode when they die which makes it hard to avoid damage from them.
You're going to be dealing with these Spawn enemies for the rest of this Episode so get used to fighting them now. If you find the locked Gold Key Door first, turn to face it and then run down the hallway to the right, this will lead you to Secret #2 and Secret #3.
After collecting both these secrets return to locked Gold Key Door and this time go left. You'll be lead to a dead end with the Silver Key; grab this and return to the door that it unlocks. Unlock the Silver Key Door and go straight down the hallway to find the Gold Key. It's right out in the open with some enemies nearby protecting it.
If you'd like to turn around and return to the Gold Key Door you can, or you can continue straight since that takes you back to the door too. Either way, return to the Gold Key Door and unlock it to complete the mission.
Secret #1
Secret #1: During this mission you will enter a large room with two stained glass murals side by side with a set of stairs leading up to them. All you need to do is jump inside of the one on the right and you will claim the secret. The first time you see these will be in an area with a small water pond in front of the glass, that isn't the right set of murals.
Secret #2
Secret #2: In the long set of blue hallways you will find a normal button on the wall, press it and you will lower yourself into a new area. You'll find a bunch of stuff down here including some zombies. Keep on reading because there's one more secret for us to find here!
Secret #3
Secret #3: You will find this secret in the same area as the previous one. Step on the platform that would normally take you back upstairs but instead of riding it up, fall off. When the platform rises you'll see a secret portal under it - jump in and you'll find the real secret area.
