When the level begins spend some time clearing out the first area, grab the red armor below you on the platform in the lava and you'll spawn more enemies. Continue down the only hallway that you can and you'll find the Silver Runekey at a dead end. Grab the key and enemies will spawn in the adjacent room from a panel in the ceiling. After defeating them claim Secret #1 and then return to the Silver Runekey door to unlock it.
Clear the enemies out from the next few rooms and enter the room to the left of the locked Gold Runekey door. Shoot the switch on the ceiling as you ride up the elevator for Secret #2. Follow the linear path forward and you'll reach a cylindrical room with traps that shoot nails; at the bottom is a button you need to press quickly to escape.
When you escape you'll find a short hallway followed by a large room with tough enemies. Inside this room you'll see the Rune we need but we can't reach it yet, so proceed through the room normally for now. You'll be lead directly to the Gold Runekey which lets us open the door right below it.
There will be a short hallway after you go through the gold door, then you'll find an elevator. It takes you back to the room with the Rune that we saw earlier, be careful though as there will be some Vore in here and Fiends will also spawn when you go across the bridge to grab the Rune. Once you defeat all the enemies grab the Rune and exit the level.
Secret #1
Secret #1: The first secret of this level can be obtained after you grab the Silver Runekey. A trap door in the ceiling will open up and enemies will drop down once you pick up the key. Look at the ceiling inside the trap door that opened and you'll see a red symbol, shoot it and you'll open the secret passage. Your reward is some armor, health and a Quad Damage power up.
Secret #2
Secret #2: You'll find the second secret while riding up an elevator; just like with the previous one there will be a symbol on the ceiling that you must shoot. When you do a path will open that lets you get on top of a catwalk in the previous room.
