At the start of the mission hit the button in your room then continue through the hallway to hit a button in another room. This second room with the lava is where you'll find Secret #1, grab that and then grab the Super Nailgun that's at the fork. In the next room you'll find a small bit of water along the back wall, dive down into this for Secret #2.

The room after the second secret will be another lava filled one. You'll find four floor buttons in this room, you'll have to press all of them to gain access to the other side. For two of the buttons you'll have to dodge a spike trap to hit them, it's not very hard. The portal in this room will spit you back out in the first room of this level, this time we're going up the stairs.

Step on the button up here and run across the trapped hallway to reach the Silver Runekey, the portal behind the key will put you back in the entrance room yet again. Go through the Silver Runekey door and follow the linear path until you hit a dead end. Press the button here and then press one more to open the path to the exit. You'll find the exit portal about half way back up this staircase.

 

Secret #1

Secret #1: In the second room of this mission there will be a floor switch that you press to make stairs across some lava. Ascend the stairs then turn to the right and you'll see the button above you close to the ceiling. Shoot this to reveal a portal that leads to the first secret.

 

Secret #2

Secret #2: Very shortly after the room with Secret #1 you'll find a room with a small strip of water. At the bottom of this water is a +100 Health box, pick this up and you'll get credit for this secret.
