Run towards the rune, go to the left and jump across the pit to pick up the Grenade Launcher. Fall down into the pit here to get Secret #1; ride the elevator back upstairs and press the button inside of the zombie room. Find the newly opened path (a Nailgun marks the way) and ride the elevator up in that room too. Hit the button up here and then fall down onto the button below you to open another path.

Continue through the newly opened door and you'll come to a large room with a religious looking mural on the wall. Use the elevator on the far side of the room, ride it down and hit both buttons before taking a portal back up top. Grab Secret #2 real quick then defeat the fiends below and grab Secret #3 before pressing the button.

Pressing the button opens a new route in the pit that leads to the Silver Runekey and a portal. The portal takes you back to the entrance, literally right in front of the door we need. Use the key on the door and then press both buttons in this room to open up the pit. Lots of enemies will come out, defeat them all and grab the Gold Runekey from the pit.

Use the teleporter and use your new key to open the door and complete the mission.

 

Secret #1

Secret #1: At the start of the level when you pick up the Grenade Launcher, drop down into the pit next to it and you'll discover the first secret location.

  

 

Secret #2

Secret #2: In the large room with the religious looking mural on the wall; you'll want to shoot the bottom right hand corner of the mural. This will open a door that can be difficult to access since it has a short roof. It's easiest if you run at the door way at an angle, this will get you inside more easily. You'll find a Ring of Shadows in here.

 

Secret #3

Secret #3: Below the religious mural is a room with some Fiends that you'll open during the mission. Inside that room you're looking for a wall that is slightly different color, shoot this to reveal a portal that you can take to the final secret area that is above you.
