When the mission begins grab your Double-barreled Shotgun and ride the elevator down. Not very far into the level you'll come to a fork in the road, you'll need to go back and forth down both hallways here hitting all of the buttons to open the path forward. This is also where you'll find Secret #1 so keep your eyes open when searching the walls around the Nailgun!
After hitting all of the buttons and opening the route forward it's a straight shot to the next two secrets. These secrets are found in the large open room with the Quad Damage and acid water along the floor. I recommend you get Secret #2 then Secret #3; after getting #3 you'll have to run back to this location from the slipgate drop off.
If you didn't hit the switch before getting Secret #3 you'll want to do that now, this will open the path for you to the Gold Keycard and the door it unlocks. Go through the exit door and you'll find an elevator, to the left is the Gold Keycard and Secret #5. To the right is the door that the keycard unlocks and Secret #4.
Grab both secrets then head through the door and follow the path straight to the level's exit.
Secret #1
Secret #1: The first secret of this level is found in the first part where you must run back and forth in two hallways hitting switches. Pay attention to the wall with rivets, there will be a small section about the size of a door way without any rivets. It's found near the Nailgun in the hallway to the left; shoot this to reveal a hidden area with some red armor inside.
Secret #2
Secret #2: Inside the room where you find Quad Damage with the giant acid pool you'll want to look down between the two exit doors. You'll see a small platform outcropping which you can jump on, land on this and collect the loot for your second secret.
Secret #3
Secret #3: Same room as the previous secret, this time we need to take an acid bath. Find the switch on this platform and then turn around to face the opposite wall. The hidden room is straight ahead down into the acid water, you'll have to swim through some acid to reach it. Inside you'll find some ammo and health along with a slipgate. This gate will lead you to another room with some armor and another portal which takes you to a room with a 100 Health crate. After you take both portals back you'll be returned to the first room of this mission.
Secret #4
Secret #4: When you reach the locked gold keycard door at the end of the mission you'll want to climb the "computer" like crates next to it. At the top of these crates shoot the wall to uncover a secret.
Secret #5
Secret #5: After picking up the Gold Keycard you'll want to jump down to a nearby ledge which has Quad Damage. This is the final secret of the level.
