When the mission begins go down the stairs and shoot both buttons to open the door/extend the bridge. Defeat the enemies and drop down into the river to find Secret #1. Ride the elevator up and continue straight down the hallway until you reach the jailed Shambler. Turn back and return to the Golden Key door that is currently locked, to the left of this door you'll find a small set of stairs that go down.

Follow the path down the stairs, step on the floor button as you run by and make sure you grab the Quad Damage. Jump across the next gap and hit the button on the wall, you'll be pushed into the pit with the Shambler. Thankfully you have Quad Damage and you'll make mince meat of the enemy. Shoot the switch once the Shambler is dead and then grab the Gold Key.

Jump out of the window and grab Secret #2 + Secret #3 then return to the Gold Key Door. From here it's a straight shot to the end of the level, just follow the path.

 

Secret #1

Secret #1: At the start of the mission you'll find a large open room with a bridge going over a river. If you're looking straight into the castle, drop down to the left of the bridge into the water and you'll find a small alcove. Ride the elevator up at the back of this alcove to find the secret area.

 

Secret #2

Secret #2: Just before the room with the jailed Shambler you'll find a window that you can jump out of. You'll see a suit of yellow armor in the distance and enemies will shoot at you from the adjacent window. Where the enemies are is where this secret is, jump out the window and run over there to find it.

 

Secret #3

Secret #3: This secret is in the same area as Secret #2, from Secret #2 jump out the window to the left and fall into the water. Go into the cubby at the bottom of the wall and up the stairs to find this secret location; inside is a Grenade Launcher.
