This is a very easy level, grab the rune to start the boss fight - don't bother wasting any ammo on him at all. In order to beat this boss go upstairs and step on the two switches on either side of him. Each switch will lower a pillar next to him. Once both switches are pressed, use the 3rd switch that's by the elevator to electrocute him. Repeat this process four times and you will fry the boss.

After defeating the boss go through the tunnel that opens up and jump into the slipgate to complete the mission.
