Rescue Leesa is a side quest that begins by speaking with Luce in the Moonstone Mask building. You can find the Moonstone Mask in the western portion of the City Core map just south of the Trade of Blades building. Luce is found on the first floor in the southern part of the main room.

For this quest you’ll have to locate Leesa who can be found in the northeast corner of the War Zone map. Speak with her and tell her that it’s safe to return home and then return to Luce in the Moonstone Mask to complete the quest. If you need help locating Leesa check the map in my screenshot below for her exact location.
