Poor Neva - NWN Side Quest (Chapter 2)

Poor Neva begins in Port Llast or inside of the Green Griffon Inn which is found on the North Road map. In my experience you're typically approached inside of a building but you can be approached while outside as well (as shown above). You'll be approached by either Jaheel or Tarran and be asked to rescue Neva from a group of Kidnappers on the South Road - Farmlands map.

Once you've started this quest the next time you visit the southeastern portion of the South Road - Farmlands map you'll find Neva, Jaheel and Tarran waiting to ambush you. All 3 of these people will be waiting near the Standing Stones location in the South Road. If you want to see their exact location on the map check out my screenshot below.

When defeated Neva will drop a piece of evidence that can be turned into Aribeth for The Search for the Cult quest. This is the main quest of Chapter 2; though I think it's worth noting that you'll get no reward for turning in the evidence from Neva nor will it advance the main quest.
