The Ghoul Lords - NWN Side Quest (Chapter 2)

The Ghoul Lords is a side quest that takes place in Luskan and begins by speaking with the Ghoul Outcast in the Luskan Sewers. You'll find the Ghoul Outcast in the southern portion of the Luskan Sewers, the exact map location is shown above. Much like with all side quests in Luskan this will only be available for a short time at the end of Chapter 2.

For this quest you're tasked with killing a Ghoul Lord in the southeastern portion of the Sewers and looting an Amulet of Power from its corpse. The Ghoul Lord in question is literally about a 20 second run from the Ghoul Outcast. He'll be standing by 2 tents and surrounded by various low level Ghouls.

Next to this Ghoul Lord you'll also find a treasure chest which contains a Lever of Wind which is part of the Colmarr's Fantabulous Contraptulator side quest. Once you've obtained this Amulet of Power return it to the Ghoul Outcast and talk to him to complete the quest. Your reward will be the Lever of Water which is also part of the Colmarr's Fantabulous Contraptulator side quest.

 

Note: If you want the Amulet of Power back you can attack the Ghoul Outcast and loot it from him - fair warning though this item will disappear when you switch to Chapter 3.
