Strange Bedfellows - NWN Side Quest (Chapter 2)

Strange Bedfellows is a side quest that begins by speaking with Bela on the 1st floor of the Wink and Tickle brothel in Luskan. Tell Bela that you agree with her that both of the High Captains need to be killed during your dialogue with her and you'll unlock this quest. You'll also have to speak with Bela before speaking with Rhaine or Oreth to start this quest.

For this quest all you need to do is go upstairs to the 2nd floor of the Wink and Tickle and speak with Rhaine. You can find Rhaine in one of the bedrooms in the northeastern portion of the map. Tell her that Bela sent you and that you want to stop the High Captains. She'll have a bit more dialogue but you'll be able to get Kurth's Base Key and Baram's Base Key from her. This will also complete the quest.
