Linu's Tale - NWN Henchman Quest (Chapter 2)

Linu's Tale is the side quest involving Linu, one of the potential Henchman in Neverwinter Night's Main Campaign. Each Henchmen will have their own quest during most Chapters which will typically involve finding a single item for them during the Chapter. This version of Linu's Tale is for Chapter 2 of the game. Note: If you did not complete this Henchman's quest during Chapter 1 then it will not be available to you during Chapters 2 or 3. Also, if you did not keep their quest reward with you from Chapter 1 then they will be unable to upgrade it and may not offer you the quest either.

For this version of Linu's quest we're tasked with retrieving the Journal of Synth La'neral from Level 1 on the Troll Caves map. You will be visiting this dungeon during the A Troll Head Trophy, The Simpleton's Mother and What Lurks Below side quests. The Troll Caves in question can be found on the East Road map, there are numerous entrances and it doesn't really matter which you take - once inside make your way to Level 1.

You'll find the journal we're looking for in the western portion of this zone nearby one of the entrances. Use my screenshot below if you want an exact location on where the journal is found, I have the map open in the picture which should make it easier for you to find.
