Trouble In No-Man's-Land - NWN Side Quest (Chapter 1)

Trouble In No-Man's-Land is a side quest that begins by speaking with Cendran next to the City Core zone line in No-Man's-Land. You can reach this zone from the City Core by traveling north through the Blacklake District exit; when you go through this door it'll put you in No-Man's-Land. As stated, Cendran will be right there when you zone in.

For this quest you're tasked with defeating a man named Loxar whose found in this very same zone. Loxar can be found inside of the Ruined Tower location which will be marked on your map in No-Man's-Land. This area is found to the north of Cendran in the large courtyard just before the zone line to Blacklake District.

I strongly recommend you use every potion and buff in your disposal before challenging Loxar as it'll be a pretty tough fight. Saving before hand wouldn't be such a bad idea either since you lose some EXP if you die. Once he's dispatched loot the Head of Loxar off his body and return it to Cendran to complete this quest.
