Cloaktower Membership - NWN Side Quest (Chapter 1)
Cloaktower: Membership is a side quest that begins by speaking with Eltoora inside of the Cloaktower in the City Core map. This quest is only available to players who have at least 1 level in a Wizard or Sorcerer class; if you're not a Wizard or Sorcerer then Eltoora will be nothing more than a vendor for you.
For the first part of this quest Eltoora asks you to visit each District of Neverwinter and obtain a reagent from a Wizard Lab. When you begin this quest each Wizard Lab will be marked on your map which makes them a lot easier to find. Also, outside of each Wizard Lab you'll find a sun dial which distinguishes this building from the rest. If you still need help finding them though you can use my screenshots below.
Inside each Wizard Lab you'll typically find one low level Imp enemy that should be no problem at all for you to eliminate.

Once you've collected all 4 of the reagents that Eltoora asks for return them to her and you'll begin the final part of this quest. The next thing Eltoora asks you to do is enter the portal behind her and challenge the Minogon enemy inside. You will only get a single chance to defeat this enemy - if you leave this room before the Minogon is defeated the quest will fail and you will not be able to complete it.
Important!! Before you enter the room with the Minogon I strongly recommend you buy 2 Wand of Missiles from Eltoora. This Minogon is a unique enemy and can not be damaged by physical attacks which is extremely annoying if you run out of spells before it dies -- because you can't leave to Rest or you fail.
Nearby where you enter this area you will find a Woodpile, Divining Pool, Stones and an Alchemist's Apparatus. Each of these will have a Wand in them that casts a different spell. Most of these wands are completely useless, the Stoneskin one is nice to use on yourself and Slow is good for the Minogon but the other 2 are essentially useless. Burning Hands has one charge (woo) and Color Spray doesn't seem to do anything to the Minogon.
The only ways you can damage this Minogon are with your spells or something like a Wand of Missiles. It took me 15 Wand of Missile casts to take down the Minogon from almost full health to dead. The only other things I damaged him with were the Burning Hands wand (like 2 damage) and Sharwyn using one spell for another 2 damage.
Note: It may be possible to defeat Minogon by casting Earth, Water, Air and Fire on him in that order. After writing the guide I learned about this method but I have not been able to test it myself.
