Boddyknock's Tale - NWN Henchman Quest (Chapter 1)

Boddyknock's Tale is a side quest involving Boddyknock Glinckle, one of the potential Henchman in the Neverwinter Nights Main Campaign. You'll find Boddyknock along with almost all other Henchman inside of the Trade of Blades building in the City Core. Each Henchman gets their own quest during Chapters 1, 2 and 3 which typically involves finding a specific item from somewhere in that Chapter and returning it to them.

Note: If you want to do the Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 quests for this Henchman you are required to complete the Chapter 1 quest and keep the item they give you as a reward. Failing to complete a Henchman's Chapter 1 quest will make their Chapter 2 and 3 quests unavailable to you.

For this quest Boddyknock asks you to find a recipe for Leaven Bread. This recipe can be found in the western portion of the Beggar's Nest map just north of where you enter the map at. If you need an exact map location check out my screenshot below.

Inside of this building you'll find the Leaven Bread recipe on Siril the Baker's corpse (pictured above). Once you've looted the item all that's left is to give it to Boddyknock to finish the quest. As aforementioned you should hold onto the item that Boddyknock gives you since he'll upgrade it during Chapter 2 when you finish his 2nd Henchman quest.
