Sword Coast Boys - NWN Side Quest (Chapter 1)

Sword Coast Boys is a parallel side quest that starts by speaking with Krestal inside of his Barricaded Home in the Beggar's Nest District. If you need help finding Krestal I recommend you check out my Find Krestal page, it'll give you all the information you need to locate him. What I mean by parallel side quest is this quest will be completed at the same time you finish the main quest of this area, Beggar's Nest: Undead Infestation.

For this quest you're tasked with finding and eliminating Drawl, the leader of the Sword Coast Boys, but the quest will not complete when you defeat him. This quest only finishes after completing Beggar's Nest: Undead Infestation. You will also not receive any rewards for finishing this side quest... It just gets moved to your Completed Quests tab of your Journal and you simply never hear from the quest again.

Once this quest is finished if you return to Krestal you will not get any additional reward either for defeating Drawl. I'm not entirely sure what the purpose of this quest is aside from messy coding done by Bioware. Maybe they had intended for this quest to be something more than it is and they eventually scrapped the idea... Or... Whatever the story is behind it I am legitimately curious.
